Our History

About us

Word Worship and Prayer Network (WWP) was officially established on March 18, 2023, during a powerful Encounter Fellowship meeting held at Koboko Technical Institute.

WWP was founded by Dieudonnee Kokole after God revealed to him His divine purpose and mandate for the Body of Christ: to raise a network of worshippers, intercessors, and believers devoted to transforming lives through the Word, Worship, and Prayer.

It was birthed out of a deep spiritual encounter and a burning desire to create consistent spaces where individuals could draw closer to God and walk in the fullness of their calling.

Initially, WWP held fellowship meetings every Tuesday, offering weekly moments of spiritual refreshment, teaching, and corporate prayer. These gatherings became vital lifelines for many, fostering growth, healing, and unity among believers.

To better accommodate the diverse needs of the community, especially those with busy weekday commitments, the meetings were prayerfully transitioned to a once-a-month format. Now, WWP Encounter Fellowships take place every last Saturday of the month, ensuring broader participation and a deeper corporate experience with God.

From its humble beginnings, WWP has grown into a beacon of spiritual revival, community engagement, and divine connection, impacting not only the West Nile region but also reaching beyond geographical and denominational boundaries.

Today, WWP continues to thrive as a Spirit-led movement, faithfully pursuing the vision God entrusted to Dieudonnee Kokole: to ignite revival, equip believers, and establish prayer altars that prepare the way for the coming of the Lord.
